Digital Goods and Finality of Sale

At The Embernote Vault, we specialize in high-ticket, premium digital products including Notion frameworks, templates, design systems, and proprietary swipe files.

Because of the inherently duplicable and instantly accessible nature of digital goods, ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once the order is confirmed and the product download links are dispatched.

Unlike physical products, returning a digital product does not "un-learn" the proprietary knowledge or delete the files permanently from a customer's physical hard drive.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

We stand by the quality of our assets. While we do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or "change of mind", we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for.

If a file is demonstrably corrupt, empty, or fails to fulfill the exact technical specifications listed on the sales page, our support team will manually verify the defect and provide a patched, working replacement file. Such technical interventions do not constitute grounds for a refund, but rather a fulfillment correction.
